Behind the poem

Like every other school kid from Bengal I wrote a few poems in adolescence. Most of them are dumb and pathetically romantic! When I realized this at 23 I stopped it. Yes! I realized not everyone has that talent in them. The good thing is that those poems were mostly illustrated by me, just for the sake of creating backgrounds and sometimes the illustrations had nothing to do with the poem at all. I believe the only time I made a matching illustration about my own poem was in a college wall magazine. Here is the earliest good example I have salvaged. This was in 2002 or so, I guess.
