Vacation

Studying in the hill stations of the Himalyas has a mighty good advantage - that of long loooong winter holidays - 3 months roughly. So we would finish our final exams by November end and have a great bonfire and leave for home.

Now I have a busier life when even single week of vacation seems great. And even vacations are very busy now a days. So I was thinking of a long leave of absence, where I can actually enjoy it without troubles and worries. Will that "chhuti" (bengali for vacation) ever come?

I drew this back in 2003 when I really had those wonderful summer vacations.
